ACR vs SCAR

So i mastered the M16 and decided to go to the ACR...problem is...even with SP, the gun is a BB gun, and I run out of Ammo after 3-4 kills. I LOVED the M16 because with SP it was a 1 trigger pull kill, plus 3 bullets per trigger pull = never running out of ammo...well, on 10-12 kill streaks you get low but that's not bad.

I switched to the Scar from the ACR and it is 10X more deadly...There is a bit of recoil but if you accuracy is halfway decent then your first few shots are spot on and you don't have to worry bout the recoil...Just my 2 pennies.

Another thing...with the SCAR/M16 without SP, you can use a different perk...but again, outside of HC mode, the M16 is basically a 1 trigger pull kill.

Good luck not running out of Ammo if you've put together a solid killstreak with the M4, Scar, or ACR (if you're not using Scavenger).

It just comes down to preference. I mastered the Scar first so I've used it quite a bit. The clip size, reload time, fire rate, and accuracy longer distances is ultimately is why I don't like it as much as the ACR.

True..accuracy isn't great unless your pumping the trigger (no homo)...Again, another reason why I just think the M16 wrecks other guns....There is a great youtube video about how the Holographic site on the M16 makes it the most accurate gun in the game.

I don't know how you have the power problem with the ACR. I use it almost every game, I don't know if it's because my accuracy is so high or what (24.86%) but in the chest I can usually get a kill with 4 bullets, obviously even less when it's at the head. I think the SCAR has too small a clip and much more recoil. But again like I said before I guess it's just personal preference.

i've never noticed a drop off in power going to the ACR from the scar. that could be due to less recoil on the acr, meaning more of my shots actually hit my target. the scar is fairly accurate in it's own right, but there is absolutely no recoil on the acr. the limited clip size on the scar is an issue as well. i like both guns, along with the m4 (great rate of fire). i haven't gotten comfortable with the m16 yet, my accuracy sucks.

I believe the ACR is unlocked at level 42, it's either 42 or 48

i escape m16 kills some times, the scars clip is little but if some one shoots u while ur shootin them it usally bounces up for a hs, the acr has massive clips wit scavenger pro and u start with 180 bullets, scar 140 i think, its not a bb gun, i usually kill with 5-6 shots, wich shoot off in lik 1.2 secs (acr) im bout to have the acr 2500 kills,

plus. i like using the irons if possible. that way i can use something else... noob tube, silencer, HBS... etc. and the irons on the scar are terrible.

the ACR just does it for me. the scar is nice no doubt, but i need a scope on it.

ive literally used the m4 with halographic forever lol.. i have a class with m16 and the others.. but ive completely mastered the m4 and cant stop using it..

Got Holographic now and am just loving it. Now that I know I'll have it from the start I'll prolly prestige..Though I really wanted to run the AK for a bit...Only reason I'm not sure is because I'll prolly move onto another game before I get up to a 70 again.

i just prestiged a few days ago.. stayed at 70 forever lol.. i figure ill still be playing cod for at least another month or 2 reguarly.. then 1x a week for a few more months .. should be playing this on and off till next madden really, i really only play madden and i have nba live and assasins creed 2 still unwrapped lol

Ya...I didn't get Uncharted 2 or Assassins Creed 2 because of MW2..I'm looking forward to BF BC2 and...of course...Red Dead Redemption. That game is gonna be unreal...
