I had been doing pretty well on D past week or so, shutting down AP in most games (obviously a few 20yarders) but no huge leaks, felt good labbed a bit was feeling good.

Past 2 games I've gotten absolutely crushed vs the Saints... that spread offense I just can't beat it, I bring heat - he insta passes to the flats, I bring heat in m2m and manually cover bush with FS and he tosses a slant... zone covering flats not enough heat vs that insane O line and he just hikes it to moore splitting my cover 2

I've never felt like hopeless :(

i would try a man press in that situation, make sure every eligible player is covered by a man, and bring the blitz. The press will giv you some time to get to the qb, and to be safe u should prolly leave a safety back for the deep ball. but look at the forums for some good blitz packages and that should help u

with spread attacks,i learn alot of ppl like to roll out to left or right,they hardly never stay in the pocket,when that te or slot wr dont quickly get open after the snap,they have a tendency to roll out,imo i play man defense or a man-zone defense that has your corners play deep zones to protect the usual corner routes,have ur de's play contain assignments,this may open up the running gm if u abuse it so make sure u stuff the run 1st then get after him
