Is there a print thread option anywhere?

I'd really like to print out the power spread and R&S threads, but I don't see any 'print version' option anywhere.

Is this available? I'd rather not print out all the extraneous fancy-pants HTML formatting. I just want the goods ;)

...is there a way to get every post onto the print page? I saw the option for 40 posts, but that seems to be where it limits you.
