No need for a big ordeal of timing people. This isn't like Madden where you have 20 statisical attributes to choose from. We all know that Kipster's AWR is 8 and 543's THA is 11.
It shouldn't take very long at all. Especially considering there's only 4 people that are drafting.

You have to have at least 1 player from each tier, before you repeat drafting a tier.
