IF your are looking for the best sim experience in a online franchise, you need to check out the UFL. The UFL is a 2nd year franchise with a great group of guys. In Madden 10, We finished 5 years in the franchise mode and played till July. We have a group of commishs that devote quality time to put the UFL above any other franchise. We have rare owner turnover, but due to EA's poor release of maddden some people have left. We have 2-3 openings as of right now, We are currently in the early part of season one. Advancing every 3-4 days!

Like I said we are a sim league, that has a good but simple set of rules!
We do have an easy Free Agency system. Our offseason free agency system is dont by a blind bidding system that has been very successful. We do not draft Free agents as some leagues do. We try to give owners the real feel of a NFL Free Agency.
