I didn't care much for 2010 and traded it in. I'm thinking 2011 (or 2012?) which has been delayed to make improvements will be a rent first then buy

Seems cool to me so far. I've only been doing Career Mode. I stink at everything other than stand up though.

Anyone actually play it? Got any tips?

Learn to ground and pound. It's pretty much unstoppable.

Clinch game is tickin me off. I pretty much just spam transitions without knowing what I'm doing. I would of course prefer not to be in clinch.

Yeah, the clinch for me personally is just a quick way to open someones eye up. If you learn some takedowns from double unders though, it works.

The thing is, I'm not even sure how to get double unders. When I'm lucky, I can manage to get into a single collar and from there I can minor to muay thai clinch. But that's only when I'm lucky.

I can't remember if you have to learn the pummel to unders or if you just keep transitioning. It takes a few transitions before you get into position. Just transition, punch, transition, etc until you get it. If you can learn a takedown for the unders you can get salaverry and just blast away.

When in the clinch, if you can recognize when you've blocked a transition you can slip in a free transition. I like to do that while pushing to force them into the cage. I won't go for the the clinch often, but if he clinches me - its on. :p

If my opponent knows this too, it usually results in a stalemate and the ref breaks it.
