How do you guys throw the ball when u r rocket catching i am having the hardest time getting the ball in good position

n by the way im usin the vikes too n i am dazed n confused. whats a good measurement as to yards away from the yellow circle...thanks for the help

well I think thats real Fing cheese rocket catch when do you see a QB drop back like 20 yards and then throw a bullet to a WR and have them Jump for it. very weak. :eek:

should the WRs be able to jump for the ball yea but not like that. When you have W.Dunn rocket catch then you know thats Fing week. :mad:

Do I like when people try it on me yea I get more user picks that way theres no pass interferance in the game so I just run you over and make a play on the ball ;)

The way that I've seen it done is drop back deep and then lob it so your WR has time to get into position so he can jump for it. I haven't seen it done with a bullet pass... I don't think the WR would have enough time to turn around, get position, and jump for the ball.

I know the top ballers do the run back 20 yards and throw a bullet, but I'm not sure if they pass lead at all.

As for myself, I roll out instead of dropping back after the DE's have engaged the OT's. Then I bullet the pass to the WR and proceed with the usual process for executing a rocket catch from there.
