I thought of this idea while I was playing a game today. I think there should be something (kind of like NCAA but kind of not) where crowd reaction effects the home team a little bit. I.E. your team just make a huge play and the crowd is going wild. In real life wouldn't that make a player excited? So what I think should be done is when the crowd goes wild, maybe it temporarily boosts a players (the players involved in the play?) or the whole teams stats for a play or two. Also, conversely, you throw an interception that gives the other team an easy touchdown, fumble the ball, make some sort of HORRIBLE play and the crowd boos you off the field. In real life this would make a player feel embarassed or something along that line. This should either A) lower your whole teams or players involved stats (in other words, complete opposite of a cheer) or B) give the stat boost to the other team. I just think it would be neat if home field advantage actually meant something other than playing at your own field to give it some depth.

Yeah! Its hard to say.. I think it would be better if you got stats if you made a big play and the crowd went wild.. But then make the player to wild and he is goofing around and stuff and do some of the things that you said.. I think it would be cool if you could boost your stat somehow but you can't.. Like on Madden you can boost your stat in Spring Training.. But as you know you can't do that on NCAA.. I personaly think NCAA is a better game though.. The only reason i think so is because i watch NCAA and not NFL.. Well right back

This is commonly brought up particularly in the franchise mode improvements discussions. Good thought.

I have to disagree. most professionals don't react to much to crowd noise if you want this feature maybe you should say they get pumped after they themselves make a big play

you should watch a kansas city chiefs home game. there's no way player's aren't affected by crowd noise. not being able to hear audibles, momentum shifting, guys having to react to pressure situations.

no I am talking about negative crowd noise, players aren't exactly effected if they are mature porfessionals

it always gets complicated with stuff like that lol I wouldn't mind if this feature wasn't put in but I would like to see the crowd going wild after a Td or big play and I mean LOUD!
