I think that Madden needs to implement a Hall of Fame, career records, and retire jerseys. This would give people incentive to keep the older players rather than trading guys once they hit 28 years of age and above. At this point, there is no reason to keep a guy once he reaches 30 because his attributes begin to deminish. :rolleyes:
