was up.
I was playing my friend yesterday and he murdered me with the colts. He was up so much I couldn't run the ball any more and every pass I threw was picked. I was wondering if any one can help with some plays that could beat some stuff out of the quarter three deep I think the plays he used were Man Up 3 Deep ,Man short zone, or 3 Deep Man. Also some plays that get good pressure but don't sacrafise deep coverage. And is there any corner that can cover Moss and Harrison in single coverage.

i run 3 man deep quite a bit latly, and noticed many of its weakness...

one way to beat it is short quick passes to your TE who just runs a route straight up the field.

seconds is that ive found this if a guy runs a route where he goes straight up field about ten yards then just turns and runs toward the side line of the OPPOSITE side works well, you just have to roll out to where there running, or get some time.

and the third would be to send your HB out into the flat, thsi would be better done in a shotgun through my exp... this works most of the time cause its usually the MLB who is covering him, so off the snap it takes a while for him to get over and cover him... usually works best going to strong side

mostly against moss, its seems near impossible to stop him man to man on a corner route. so id just maybe go into a zone that pretects deep fairly well, and just bring the heat

As said above, the flats are often open against the Quarter-3 Deep. Other spots that are often open are the RB Circle type routes, Streaks with your TE/RB's, and Out routes with all receivers.

And for the most part, no, there aren't many CB's aside from maybe Bailey who can singlehandedly cover a Moss/Harrison type.

If it's Man Up 3 Deep or 3 Deep man, the middle of the field is wide open and your RB is mostly a really good target against this formation. What team were you playing with?

Yea, the middle of the should be open. Short slants should also work. Although if ur down by a lot and need deep passes, I'd say run some corners to ur slot recievers. Hot route ur outside WR to a streak, that way he'll lure his man and the safety deep... that leaves open the corner route underneath. If you can run dual corner routes with this tatic, it's even more effective.

But of course, if you have enough time... run the ball (like I always say). Especially against a 3 deep man, the middle of the field will be open for the run too.
