R3 Stick

I think the D-Pad should take over the control of the current R3 Stick (the composure meter thing). Then have the R3 stick be like Maddens playmaker stick.

1st sentence you got me confused. R3 could be a playmaker, but i'd be kinda hard holding x for spring, juking and spinning and holding the direction in which you want your guy to go. unless you won't use X or r1, r2, l1, l2 during that time' i'd be pretty hard

i get what he's sayin. let the directional pad control the composure controls (up for Wrs, left for line, right for backs, down for coach cam) and let the r3 control playmaker abilities (kinda like madden)

but i'm not sure....college doesn't really have "playmakers". plus i like the difference between the two games.

Yeah, thats very true. It doesnt really need to be a playmaker stick, but I really rather see more possible controls. Maybe it could be like some hockey games R3 stick.

Example:

- Pushing back on the stick makes a quick stop
- Right makes a right juke
- Left makes a left juke
- Forward does a hurdle or go up and over stuff like the pile.

This would have like a Barry Sanders effect, in the way that you can just stop. I know this would cause a whole mess of problems for all of the more familiar buttons. I really just want to see more control of anything really.

not playmakers like there are in madden. yeah a couple teams had playmakers, but not everyone did. that's why the playmaker feature doesn't really fit ncaa
