Make practices worth it

Maybe try to make practices actually worth doing. Sure, they're good for learning plays and such, but maybe give 1 point (no more) to everyone on the team for practicing because in real life players do improve through practice so I think this should accurately be reflected in the game as well. This could help to maybe slightly counteract the horrible progression (especially on defense) that sometimes occurs.

1 point everytime?... mmm probally not... cuz then ppl would just sit and practice till everyone was a 99... yah not happening... but i do see what your saying... i think maybe through a years practice you could progress maybe your coaching staff some or maybe 1-3 notches for a season... even in real life... practicing dosnt make that much of a diff in the players progression... its more on the team as a whole... the way they work together...
