Don't have morale sway so much! Yes, if I have 2 say, 90+ players at one position (i.e. at rt or lg) one of them is going to nag about play time. If you release the 2nd string who is lower in ovr than the first though, that I don't think should cause the whole rest of the team to take a hit in morale. You still have an excellent guy at that position so it wont change much for your team, especially if your winning a lot and the 2nd stringer rarely plays in the first place.
