Or get a rock group to work with a rap artist like Awnaw from Nappy Roots and POD. You can do it! I believe in you.

I think that when rap and rock collab it is pure money. I loved the Jay and LP joint. That Lil' Jon joint for Trick was sick. Bus had a song with Ozzy a while back that was sick. That Nappy roots like you said. Rap and rock mixed would satisfy multiple listeners and would sound a lot better. Plus, like you said, it will get you more up for the game.

they'll never appeal to the masses though. the best game soundtrack that EA has made was in the nba live series. and i know that doesn't appeal to all the people that play it. just like not just white people play mvp (i hate how bubbly that is).

here's an idea, just do away with it all together. seeing bon jovi on 03 was just stupid. 04 was ok, at least it knocked it appealed to a wider range, but come on. outkast's church? wtf? i mean it's a great song but why the hell is it on madden?

if we're gonna have songs, they should be more uptempo/crunk. no one wants greenday to play right before they are about to attempt to murder their opponent. gimme some lil jon, gimme some old school nirvana (smells like teen spirit), gimme some limp bizkit (their 2nd or 3rd cd). gimme some linkin park, gimme some 36 mafia. seriously though, who in their right mind would listen to american idiot before playin a game? me personally, i'd listen to lil jon's role call: "cause i'm insane in brain, insane bisch i got rick james in my vains"

or at least let us put our own music on the xbox version. that'd be pretty cool and would make me buy xbox instead of ps2. cause i don't know about ya'll but after a while, the songs (no matter how much i like them) get really boring

wow it's amazing they could have alot more trak's then what they have now. It would'nt hurt to put some T.I, Ludacris, 50 Cent on there, for the guy's who don't fancy that genre they could have some Maroon 5, Blink 182 or other type's,

Basically there could alot more music appealing to alot of different group's or people.

I think that 03's soundtrack was a lot better than anything ea has put on a football game. i think to really appeal to the masses you gotta go somethin like 50/50 with rock and rap. I would LOVE to see some collision course songs on there or either of those two by themselves. But like you said we need to get HYPED when we get "in the game". Also some classic rock would be really tight. Like some ac/dc or kansas or boston, basically anything that was good in the 80's. lol. Aerosmith too

They should have a better soundtrack, more RAP and hardcore songs with hard beats. But, it doesn't matter to me much since most of the time I play at a place where the music is turned up over the game itself.
