Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but doesn't it seem like it's outrageously hard to crack the top 25 if you start out the season ranked low? I don't care if I started at 119 at the beginning of the season, if I get off to a 3-0 start with a win over the #3 team in the country, I should be in the top 25. This happens in real life all the time.

i know what you're getting at. i don't know if you should be ranked in the top 25 that early though (if you were 119 before the season, but you should at least be knocking on the door). i've had it where i played 3 teams in the top 5 early in the season and i still don't get into the top 25 lol.

actually man, i haven't played a dynasty game in so long lol. i think i've forgotten how to play against the computer

i just finished a season with troy. i beat virginia ,missouri, lsu, and tenn, all top 25 teams when i played them tenn was 3 and lsu 1 when i played them. I got as high as 19 in the poll and as high as 4 in the bowl rankings. the bowl invite i got was the first bowl the new orleans? i think. i wouldnt think i should have been number 1 but every team ahead of me had at least one loss.

by the way troy has some ballers.........

I have heard NCAA 06 is going to be even harder to get a small school a top ranking. Plus it is supposedly harder for both the HUM and the CPU to recruit for the smaller schools.

I was just using 119th as an example. I think I was 81st when I started the season with Duke. So far I've beaten #3 LSU at LSU, Colorado (had to get revenge for them firing me), and NC St. I'm up to around 50th now. I guarantee in real life if any team beat the #3 team in the country and then two other major conference schools, they'd be in the top 25, whether it was Duke, Vandy, or UL-Monroe. I play #2 Miami in two weeks. If I'm 5-0 after that game and still unranked, that's just flat-out retarded...
