View Full Version : If the ball hits a DB it should be INT at least 90% of the time

This one drives me nuts. I play a whole game without having a pass hit a DB then at the end a guy miraculously covers 30 yds in 2 seconds to pick off my pass. At the same time, every other one my opponent throws right into triple and quadrouple coverage and it continually just bounces off my DB's and they don't catch any of them.

Most the people that do well in this game are people who learn the glitches of the game instead of the people who are able to decipher coverages and find the weaknesses and mismatches.

If I know my opponent sucks and he's just going to lob the ball downfield and I call a prevent and move the DB's off the line it should be intercepted 9 times out of ten if he throws the bomb. This shouldn't even have to be mentioned but somehow EA can't get it right. this is the #1 thing that ruins the game.

THEY ARE WAY TO LENIENT ABOUT LETTING THE QB's GET AWAY WITH VERY POOR DECISIONS. If they throw 40 passes into double coverage they should have about 35 int's but I've yet to see anyone even get 7. I know it's not realistic for a QB to throw 7 int's but it's also not realistic foe a QB to throw 40 into double coverage.

I quit playing about 2 months ago because I couldn't take it anymore. I'd know where the ball is going on every play my opponent runs and I'd find the mismatches and weaknesses of every coverage but I'd still get beat by people who have absolutely no clue as to what they are doing.
