Gonna rethink my playbook

What I have found is that people still love to throw deep and lob it up. They also love to run out of hail mary etc online. Its frustrating to hold a guy 3 plays, only to have him get lucky the next and get a 40 yard bomb..

Screw that.

My thought is that they can't do that ***** if they never have the ball. And considering how good the run game is this year, I think I am going to rethink my strategy. I think I am going to sit them on a pile of sand, get a huge hammer, and pound all that sand right up their asses with the running game.

They might see the ball.. if I let em.

FWIW I was having success stopping that kind of bomb by spying with both DEs and jamming out of a cover2man... it's decent IF they're just chucking it up long or running.
