06 Defense

In 05, if I gave up more than 20 points to someone...even if I still won, I felt I didnt play well defensively. In 06...its like freakin basketball scores...first one to 50 wins...its nuts.

Ive been able to contain scrambles, runs and short passes fairly easy, but the deep ball is KILLING me and im KILLING others with it. Once someone figures out that the long ball is like free money...I go to the 4-3 Cover 2 and spy my Ends to watch for the scramble. Ive always used Cover 2 out of the Nickel, Dime, 4-3 depending on the number of recievers they send out and I know the tapped up deep ball is coming, giving me 2 guys there to cover. This isnt working very well in 06. I tried prevent or cover 4 zones...this just leaves 1 on 1 most of the time.

Anyone have luck stopping the bombfest in 06? Im decent at User Picks, but my fast DBs and safties have been getting caught behind A LOT and out of range of User Picks from a Cover 2.

Any Ideas?

so far i have not came up with anything yet bump and run coverage just delays the inevitable but slowly im learning to feast defensive wise in the game
