To put it bluntly, I suck. I suck bad. I don't know how to read defenses, I don't know how to read offenses, and I'm just not that good. will getting this guide help? I am willing to put in some work and practice time, but I need something that will really help. Is this it?

BTW, I play on Xbox.

yeah, sounds like you need the playbook more than you need the filmroom though. the virtual playbook breaks down all that stuff and can really help you the most since it gives basic tips and strategies. like how to read coverages and things like that. the filmroom actually breaks down plays. it's more for online play, but if you take the strategies you learn from the playbook and put it to use, you should be ok (since you said you'll put in the lab time yourself).

hope this clarifies things for you

I was just like you about a year ago. If your completely clueless like me, I highly recommend the playbook and filmroom.

This years version is by far the best and biggest and more informative than ever.

The filmroom the pass two weeks have been great also, cause Bert and Bomber were showing some defenses that work in league play.

If you dont know what you are doing, get them.

Well, the whole DEs can not be moved rule eliminates a very effective play....

DE's can be moved by natural line shifts, not by manual manupilation.

You have to give props to LBRulez. He's a defensive genious.
