Need Help stopping running QBs

Im having trouble stopping the speedy QBs like VT and Texas etc. On top of that im running into players were all they do is no huddle and run the same Option plays over and over. Granted i cant stop it mainly because i dunno what plays to call to contain the Quarter Back but its getting fustrating. No kidding last game i just played VT, and this guy ran the option almost every play, or ran a designed pass play and just ran with #5 all the time.

Can someone help me and recommend some defensive plays that will help me stop the option and keep the running QBs to minimal gains? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
