LOL i know its a weird topic but a friend of mine has broken 3 controllers in the past month due to frustrating turnovers.

The joystick is usually the function that breaks when you slam it down.:D

Just the joystick breaks? My entire thing shatters. I even had a piece of it fly into my torchiere lamp and break it.

I couldn't even guess how many controllers I've broken over the past three years but it's gotta be around 20-30.

I went out and bought the mad catz wireless for $40 just so I wouldn't break it.

I have 2 laying in my trash can right now.

Does Randel El fumble 3 straight kickoff returns just because its raining?! I think not. :o

I've broken 4 since i purchased Madden 2004 about two months ago. One of them was a controller my friend left over my house for the weekend. I definitely need anger-management, but it's cheaper just to keep smashing the sticks.

I curse and scream a lot, but I have yet to break a controller. I have put my foot through a door and broken an dresser drawer though...

Totally man. I think about how much money I spent on controllers and it makes me even more mad!!!

But I limit my abuse to inanimate objects. Never people. That's where I draw the line. . . . . . unless I ever get a cat. I hate cats.

broke my first one the other night, thank you to the cashier at Best Buy for offering the 5$ replacement warranty. The bad thing about it was that I was playing the 15th game of the season and all my regulars were benched to get ready for the Playoffs and my scrubs were playing bad and I got really mad. It was a thow awy game anyway and I almost threw away alot of $ when the controller was heading towards the TV:eek:

Once I was at a friend of a friends apartment watching them play NHL 2003. My friends buddy in a fit of rage I couldnt even explain , simply grabbed the PS2 , and all of its wire connections and threw it out the window three stories up controllers and all. Smash! True story. He wasnt much of a gamer I guess.

I am guessin a lot of you are using the PS2 cause last year my Xbox controller was a little messed up the analog would stick in the down position... to the point Moss running streak wide open all teh sudden after i switched my guy he stops and costs me a game winning TD! I jerked the cord out grabbed some scissors CUT the damn end off the cord took it out in the garage and swung it by the cord like a lasso and just slammed it into the ground... think Yea I killed it...nope... the xbox controller didn't even break apart so me and my buddy started Jumping on it tryin to smash it "Do not attempt that at home" cause my friend seriously messed up his foot it was so damn funny ... bottom line you can break the digiltal pad and sticks but as far is busting a Xbox (large) controller I think they made that impossible with out a HAMMER...

the xbox controllers are built like the presidents limo. I've gotten pi$$ed and smacked the controller and came close to breaking a palm. Glad I didn't throw it at the TV, I think it would have boken the tube for sure.
What is wrong with me getting so mad with the scrubs
