the OT drill

do any of you ever do the OT Drill. I have done it a few times, 1-3 on it. I know not as much lpanning and execution goes into this as by meaning it is not an entire game, but what's the general opnion?

i enjoy this once in a while. if i only got like 40 mins before work.... i switch to OT time
