I play as the Raiders in 4-3 defense, my friend uses the Eagles and he runs the ball 95% of the time with Duce Staley, it is usually with 1 or maybe 2 recievers wide at the most. What run defenses prove to be good on run plays that run up the middle, not really sweeps? Thanks for your help! I'm lookin for precision here, if a play works good when you move a linebacker around, please give me those details, thanks! ALSO if anyone knows how to set up field goal block to block a FG, plz let me know! thanks

Try goalline blitz 3, it leaves the two outside wr with a man on each of them and if he favors a side you can shift the line to the side.

no dont do goalline anybody will audible in that situation just use double te or double x both good d plays. those are safe if you want to take a chance you can use fire man good luck
