Cover 1.
Bump and run. Man-up. Shift the line left, bow them outside. (L1 + right stick up)
Control safety.
Perhaps move blitzing MLB outside.
What does it do good against? Decent at both pass or run against shotgun sets, particularly spead sets. Shifting the left + the outside rush takes away the off tackle well. (any run opposite the back, basically)
The blitzing LB on the right helps to take away the right side Run + generate pressure. Since you shifted everyone to be man over man, the LB assigned to the ball carrier will also be right there. You as the safety... you have to help contain outside if the run goes out there.
Against a pass, watch to see comes off the jam and try to play the ball there.
As I mentioned earlier it may not be a bad idea to shift the blitzing LB outside a bit outside to contain the strong side run / speed option. A big part of that is controlling your safety, though.
Downfalls: Lack of pressure + play w/ two steaking defenders. (if two get open from the jam at the same time, it's easy enough to throw opposite of the manually controlled safety)
Extremely fast QB on speed options... possible runs up the middle.(not sure on this)
Not a bad way to contain SG running while playing some good pass defense.
