Obviously there are ways to stop the passing game or stoping 1 reciever that is over used, but what i am talking about is when the ball is in the air, what si that you are doing to defend it?
Last year I would take control and then Big Hit thm and I had no problem. This year there are times i am standing in the circle with the Saftey or Trailing with the CB and I hit the triangle and the pass is still caught. As well I played Georgia the other day and the guy was using the Iform twin TE set. The 82 speed TE was on the line next to the tackle and the other TE is outside of him. He would streak the 82 speed te and on play action the guy was insantly ahead of the Lb or CB covering him. He would then look to slow the TE down and I would try to jump over his back and that would not work so I tried to go around him when he slowed down and beat him to the spot, btu he would get it. With them moving the big hit to R3 now it is hard to use circle and x for switching and turbo and then move to hit R3 for a big hit.
as well he would also just run Schockely backward 15 yards on regular streak plays without play action to give himself time to get his TE in front and then throw the to the same TE. It was areal pain inthe ***, but My major problem it how easy it seems for people to catch the ball this year and hiow hard it is to defend it when you are in perfect position.
Any suggestions.
