Is there a way to see recruits interest in your school? Right now it seems like blind luck to have players interested.
My first season I signed three guys in-season and I would call that marginal success.
So far I really don't like how in-season recruiting is set up.
EAS still hasn't figured out that committments and signings are two different things.

Right now I've found that picking players in your home state as well as pipeline states will give you the best chance for finding the most interested players.

I used the canes and only nabbed 4 in season... I've got 2 games left in the season but all my recruits are committed now...so I guess I only get 4 guys...

I wanted to see if player interest was random so I wrote down the 4 guys names that had the most interest in my school. I then reset my Dynasty and picked those same 4 players only to find that none of them were interested.
Sidenote: I have noticed that more players seem to be interested if you win a game on week 1.

Spend big points and you can get ANY of the guys you want, some will require more points than others.
Winning is important, but not essential. I lost the week of a couple recruits visits and still got them to commit. However, if you are losing a lot you will lose the interest of recruits.
Once you pick your targets and get your week one results back, narrow your list down to 4-5 guys you really want. I suggest going for only 4, you can almost ALWAYS get them if you start spending 25 pts. per guy early.
It's obviously easier to get players that have you in their top 3 after week one, but you can get guys that have you 8th no problem.
You gotta spend.
