Help With Recruiting PLEASE

I want to know when u get a plus with a pitch u use on a recruit do u use that same pitch again but give more points? Also do u start out sending the house to recruits u want or do u start low then when u get a plus with the recruit then do u send the house?

Anyone have a strategy they have?

A plus in front of a pitch means the pitch worked. As far as how to go about it, I've found this to be an excellent guide:

I start off by going to the interested prospects and look for thoses who are in my pipeline. Once I find some, I have my ***. Coach call them (1 pt) and have my pitch as "Location."

Then, I recruit the interested prospects from anywhere, and have my ***. Coach call them and have the pitch as "Coaching Strat".

Next, I look at top 100 prospects and if they are semi-interested in my school, I will recruit them. My Pitch is either "Playing Time or Coaching Strat"
After this I fill up my scholarships by going to my pipeline state, and just getting the semi interested recruits from there and have my pitch as "Location".

Once the recruits bite at my pitch, I heavily recruit.

If they are a 5 star play I will either "Sell House (I think thats what they called it)" or Have the H/C visit.

If they are a 4 star I either have the H/C or A/C visit

3 Star I either have A/C visit or have the H/C call

2-1 star I just have the Head coach call
