I am picking up Madden tonight at midnight and am really looking forward to putting my QB from Texas that I did run for the Heisman with into Madden to help my Cowboys. ( I will be running a Texas Longhorn, Dallas Cowboy Dynachise or whatever you want to call it). What I am wondering for nybody who already has the game, if My QB was a 97 OVR when I finished my Heisman run, what will he translate into Madden at?
Thanks for the replies.

Yeah I am excited, too. I have a HB from call... played all 4 years. Ovr:99
Strength: 85! Acc: 94! Agi:96 Spd:90 BTK:99
The strength and the break tackle combined with pretty good speed (guy is 6'2, 230) and top level agility and acceleration this guy should be a beast.
Can you say truck stick?

figure a 15-20 point drop, mostly because of awr and inj ratings dropping so low when importing. The AWR will come up quickly bringing the guy into superstar rating once again

I have always been a Cowboys fan and always have been. My first game that i can actually remember watching was in 1986, so I have stuck with them through the good and the bad. I just wished that the Videos Games that we had back in 1992 thru 1996 or so were as good as the ones we have now, I would be killin people with Dallas lol. I actually did well with them in Tecmo though lol. HitmanWA, I like the Texans too though.

Texans are my second favorite team, you can probably guess my first, but anyway I don't have NCAA 06, is the HEISMAN mode any good?

almost impossible to get a good kick off because the meter goes to quick, other then that it is real challenging. That guys speed will drop off at leat 2-3 points I'm guessing so you may want to convert him to a fullback for madden

Steelersrock,
I have only really simmed through the Heisman on NCAA, and I got Madden at midnight tonight, and from what I have seen the Superstar feature in Madden is much more indepth than compared to Heisman on NCAA, but I still ove both games.

I played a bit last night before I fell asleep...
Superstar Mode is pretty cool... although for reasons of difficulty I wouldn't reccomend importing a RFTH from NCAA... simply because my rookie RB is rated... 90!!!! Holy crap!!! By the end of training camp he was at 92... that is just sick. Ohh yeah... and I was drafted by the Bucs with the 4th pick of the 2nd round after they took Carnell "Cadillac" Williams in the first round... but I am better so I start! LOL...
So yeah... don't import a player unless you don't want a challenge. My guy can walk in day one and dominate. Not much fun in that.

ur definitly wrong about this. 1)90 speed was the fastest you could get a HB, i think maybe one time i got a 91 speed, but i may be wrong. If someone has a RB that they made in NCAA that is above a 90 speed please tell me.
second)ur speed in college is the same in the pros. A person who runs a 4.3 40 yard dash in college can run still run a 4.3 40 in the pros. The differense between the pros and college is the speed of the game..not the speed of the players.

past experience from previous games has been that a drop off in speed no matter what. I also said that I was guessing, this is because the game hadn't come out. In last years game I imported the HB from wisconsin into madden, was a 97 speed in NCAA and a 93 in madden. I wasn't aware of any limitations on the speed of a HB in this years NCAA game.
