Now I got to go buy a starter kit to play online? This is a joke....I have an old account but you need the same credit card you used last time. Does Microsoft realize people sometime throw away credit cards! No online play for me until I fork over $30 on a starter kit.....again

you might can call 1-800-4-my-xbox and get by this if you still have time on your subscrption. and then when you get it pulled up redo the card number to the new card.

problem is...i don't have any left on the subcription...but if it'd let me put my new credit card # in...It'd work

You can say what you will.....Xbox Live is a great service....sure you fork over $50.00 a year but that is a flat fee...you can play any Xbox enabled game.
