How do you manually move your Db's in better position to catch or intercep the ball and how do you, do it for your receivers?can you please explain this to me since all the big ballers are doing this new method? much thanks and also what is this that about hitting the X then L button to help intercept the ball and whats the best defense to use in your opinion?
