What does IMP mean...

It is in the player attributes near stamina and toughness but I cannot figure out what it is. I bet is something really obvious :rolleyes: ...but help me out!

Dont feel mad man. There is a lot of things here on the forum and in the game I get lost on too. One was I did not know what shooty stack meant until someone told me( I think it meant shoutgun or singleback) I cant even remember. See what I mean, so dont feel bad.. It means how important the player is on the team. One example is they got Terrel Owens at 97 Imp. When the new roaster change comes out he will be -0 Imp. Lol
