4-3 normal, try the man flats, [1] click up on the directional pad and on left. Pinch the line or the LB's but not both. Covers the screen and short outs. Don't forget bump and run and coverage audible!!

Hey try 4-3 normal man under, and spread the lb's and bump and run the cb's. Don't touch the d line and don't coverage audible. I have been pretty successful on first down with this and even if they do the short pass or crossing route, you don't get killed

i like the 46 outside blitz. squeeze your line and spread your backers. personally, i dont use bump and run if i think a run is coming, why would you?

you have got a good point Joe Toronto about the bump and run, but it doesn't seem as successful without it. I think it may allow the blockers more time to set up to block effectively and create lanes to the outside. Also the backers seem to seek out the reciever that they are manning up on and those receivers are actually blocking backs and tightends.
