hey guys its higgins31 i just wanted to say whats up to yall... i just registered today. im wonderin what teams u guys roll with and what playbooks........ i have been using ATL lately online since most ranks i've played are pretty much all o and no d...... but i have gotten beat with teams with speed such as the broncos....... im looking for a nice well rounded team to make a switch to so i can actually get some DEFENSE! also...... a good offense playbook and D playbook......... i have been using tampa bay playbook and a balanced D playboook......... holla back with your thoughts

I run with the Minnesota Vikings using the Run-n-Gun or Pittsburg Steelers playbook.

If you're looking for a well rounded team (besides using the best teams on the game) i recommend using the Broncos, Titans, Patriots, or Seahawks. All four teams have solid defenses & decent weapons on offense.


*Note* Their may be a few other teams (Cheifs, Vikings, Cowboys) that we be better once the new roster up-date is released. I personally can't wait to see how my Vikes will look after the up-date. We should be a little better on defense than what they already are. We deserve an 83.

i use SF and on offense, I use Erickson's playbook (which seemed to be a lot balanced than what i expected) and on defense I run 4-3

I use Phily with STL playbook and Cover 2 D what a combo speed on D is the best thing ever! I also recomend NYG w/their PB and 4-3 D my buddy rools with them very tough to beat. Welcome!

yo jervey i use the 49ers too and the play book, and i was wondering if you can give me some tips on passing with them. it seems to me, i know im wrong but thats why im asking you, that the only pass i can get off consistantly is the owens streak, and i HATE that because it feels like cheese when i do it alot and i fell like a rookie when i just throw that on third downs...so if you have any other tips or money plays that could help my 9er passing game it would help a whole lot.

yeah i was playing as frisco last night using that 49er friendly thread that someone made........ not many of those passing plays worked...... i had to stick to running the ball and when i ran he'd run goal line so i'd audible into goalline offtackle runs...... broke some long *** TD's with hearst....... also..... i was picking him off a lot with dime safe....... but he would always just throw a lob to derrick mason and mason would catch it 9/10 times...... if i tried to knock it down manually he'd be wide open for a TD...... so i tried to playmaker on his side and that didnt work either! oh yeah and eddie george rushed on me for about 120 in the first half alone!!!! its OK though because i got a ton of interceptions in the first half...... seems like the only passes i completed though were screens to barlow and hearst....... and drag/go routes with TO.......

I like to pass it off to the TE. There are some pretty food routes for the TE in the SF playbook especially the outs. Also, I use the FB on passing plays. In terms of WRs, I pass around 5-7 to Owens and around 4 to Streets (mostly off middle slants and drags....but its usually short routes....strrets can't catch anything deeper than 10 yards). I use the the slot receivers too and the good thing about the Sf playbook is that there are plenty of good routes for the slot guys IMO. Plenty of posts and corners there that gets those guys open. But mostly, Its all down to how you run the ball. I like running that ball to get pressure off the receivers.
