EA needs to fix this. In franchise, there are just too many injuries occurring. I will post a list later but the Eagles first lose Owens for 12 weeks then they lose McNabb for the season. This is just the beginning of a long list which I have encountered.

yea i know. I havent really been through a year in franchise yet but I believe in superstar mode that they have way too many injuries. Sometimes before games even start.

Yea they have way to many injuries them they don't even start the good people. They putting in Pittman instead of the Cadillac! Mcwhatever instead of Warner. I just go in the Gameplay and put down down Sim Injuries lower then it is!

I haven't had any of my team either DaMasta. These injuries occur on the CPU controlled teams.

I understand that injuries are a part of football. There should not be an obscene amount of injuries. When the Eagles lose half of their starting roster, that points to a problem.

yeah a problem of letting delicate players get hit too often. or maybe you should sign a different health clinic or whatever in franchise mode.

Thats not *****ing thats stating a fact. It seems like the exact same players get injured every single year, year in and year out.

Agreed!

It is to much to even be real!

Surlacher, McNabb is a delicate player? He is one of the toughest QB's in the NFL. How can I possibly control the health clinics of others teams? I'm sorry but this is too unrealistic for me. I'm not *****ing. I'm pointing out that there is a problem with the game and that EA has done nothing to correct it. This happened in 05 as well.

yeah he's so tough he flaked out on the last drive in the superbowl because of an upset stomach or whatever. QBs will always be delicate in comparison to a 6'5 300lb DT or some 240LB linebacker beast especially because they're the most vulnurable. McNabb getting injured is just as realistic as any other injury.

I've been simming a franchise just to test the game out. Played 5 seasons with it. I've had 1 season above .500 which is cool with me, it's part of the game...especially simming. However...4/5 years I have lost at least 3 players in my front line for 8+ weeks. Lost my starting QB 2 years for season in the first 3 games. Lost at least 6 different starting defensive players for 5+ weeks. I can understand having injury problems, but when they happen every year with different players in the positioins, it's kinda bad. Oh yeah...and this is with the top medical team and a medical facility in my stadium. So....I'd HATE to see what happens w/mediocre training staff.

There is a new injury slider in this years game and it does work. You dont have to turn the injuries off. Just turn down the injury slider for simmed games. If you feel like you are not getting enough injuries then turn up the in game slider.

Surlacjer, you really have no clue what you are talking about. Doesn't it seem strange that you are the only ONE that doesn't think there are TOO MANY injuries? Other, besides myself, have given numerous examples. I will try the slider that Rilla suggested, but these injuries are a flaw which need to be fixed.

Yeah there is a flaw but the sliders do help. The only problem is trying to found the perfect match.
