Punt muff return......rule change?

Did they change it so you can't return a muffed punt for a touchdown? I just had a guy muff a punt and then one of my guys recovered it and then the play was blown dead. I remember last year you could run them back.

This has happened twice. The punt returner muffs the punt, I recover, and the whistle blows.

Now they change it to the real NFL rule! Muff a punt you get the ball were you recover it.
