The way Madden translates difficulty is horrible. When playing the computer or sometimes a person the madden A.I. turns your strength into a weakness when ever it feels like it. For example you can have the strongest offensive linemen ever like Larry alien get pushed back into the backfield by a safety or a weaker linebacker. This is very insulting to the intelligence and is cheating the game and manipulating the players attributes for the sake of a good challenge. Let a good challenge be with in the parameters of the players attributes regardless of what level you play on, this will force better strategy and give the game more of a real feel and better game play according to a team’s talent instead of just a single player’s talent

Posting something positive for once?

So sick of getting cheated by computer A.I.

the upper and lower bodies of the big linemen are way outta proportion

punt blocking is horrible

being in the open field means nothing the A.I mimics every step

I don't mean to complain, the game is better than last year but last year stinked, Now 2004 was a great game despite its gliches, 06 could have been outstanding BUT!!! 1 the run defense A.I. almost mind reads your every move 2 and 3 the plays still suck; WR's running into each other as usual but this year you can't use created playbooks in your franchise to negate that,4 catching the ball yourself has gotten worst than in 05. but on the positive the animations have gotten better strong physical runners are back in style you'll need them cause you rarely make someone miss, you can also throw short yardage lobs with height over defense last year you could'nt do that. All I'm saying is lose the physic run defense make the catching simple and add some special team blocking and you got a game, its just the truth I don't mean to get people mad :D

if it sucks so much dont play it. complaining doesn't fix anything, we should think of ways we can fix the faults in it. To be fair larry allen could get pushed back by a safety... if larry allen was parapalegic or something.

Hey, "Stuff Happens" - Why couldn't Larry Allen be made to look bad on any given play? - Using your logic, the NFL need not even play the games on Sunday because, we all know who MUST win just by looking at the rosters. -

Anybody can have a bad day, certainly anybody can have a bad PLAY.

Anybody can have a great day, certainly anybody can have a great PLAY.

Have a little fun and don't be so serious... was the game really THAT close to start with?

you could be playing the computer and larry allen gets dominated and knocked over by a weaker linebacker consistantly then you switch sides then all of a sudden larry allen is having a good day then you switch back then he's having a bad day please explain that one  In all do respect do you owe E.A sports something should I compromise what I know football is to defend E.A sports who don't care at all what we thinkas long as we give them our hard earned dollars
