i finally decided to make a franchise thread after reading the ones of : Madden Player, Sandman & Evernight. I finished he preseason at 3-1. i also made a lot of trades.

I traded Doug Jolley (TE) (84) to the Pats for Ben Watson (TE) (79) & a Draft pick Reason - i am a sucker for Speed and youth and watson has this over jolley.

i traded ty law (CB) (96) to the packers for Ahmad Carrol (CB)(82), Donald driver (WR)(87) and a 4th rnd draft pick. Reason- i figured law was going to retire soon and carrol could be great for the future.

i traded Donald driver (WR) (87) to the eagles for mike patterson (DT) (82)Rookie
Reason- i never had any intention of keeping driver and my 2nd DT sucked.


i traded Jerrico Cotchery (WR) (74) to the bears for Bernard Berrian (72) (WR)
Reason- cotchery = 87 speed Berrian= 95 speed Need i say more ?


i signed Kyle Turly (RT) (87). Reason- My starting Right tackle was 75

I was surprised too when i put driver in and they still accepted. But the newspapers are ripping me to shreds for this trade.

Is pass interference called in '06? I don't think that I ever got one with '05.

Good luck with Carroll, it's feast or famine with him. He was frequently unhappy when I had him in '05.

What a game! trent green already has 3 touchdowns ahmad carrol is getting beat on every play. new signing bernard berrian proved his worth to the team by catching a 70 yard touchdown pass at the end of the first half to give me the 28-21 lead. 2nd half underway

You should if you want to. I mean all of those stats will be gone but you will have the most up to date rosters and you will have Ty Law on your team, who will not be a bust like Caroll

I think you should start over I did. I don't agree with the Law trade we brought him in because of Donnie Abrahams' early retirement. You will run across some good rookies at CB over the next few seasons(imported from NCAA) so you don't have to go for a speedy young cat with very low awareness. I argee with the Turley signing Jones is just trash at RT.
