Stunting and Overloading

Can someone help me with stunting and overloading? I just needed a basic example of each method. Heard that this is the only way to get pressure in 2004.

I am going to show this next week in the filmroom. In my franchise season after 4 games my LE has 12 sacks. Its effective and I like to use it because I don't have to blitz.
