i traded doug jolley for ben watson a a draft pick
i signed koren robinson then traded him to the vikes for rookie sensation troy williamson (96 sppeed !!!!)
i moved eric coleman from fs to ss so my rookie fs could start
i signed kyle turley
i traded a lot of other crappy guys and now i have a lot of draft picks i think i have 10

i also traded my # 1 pick and my 5th string dt to the texans for their 1st round because i am probably going to do well and the texans aren't

why is troy williamson only 96 speed, and lav. coles is still 99?? didnt t.will have an awesome 40 time?

first thing i did was trade some depth and a 2nd round pick to the dolphins for their 1st round pick..and TA DA! i have the 1st overall pick in the draft, dolphins went 2-13-1...and their tie was against me in week 2..haha

i was playing on all-pro with the cpu's punt length slider up about 3 levels. then i realised that my scores were too unrealistic and that it was to easy so i played game 7 of my chise vs the falcon's on all madden and i beat them 34 -3 why is this game sooo easy ???!!

Scratch that previous post all madden is super hard. After going 8-0 I faced one of the best defences (on paper) in the leaguethe panthers . i lost to the 3-5 panthers 27 -14 . curtis martin ran 16 times for 8 yards !!! Chad pennington's passer rating was under 100 for the first time this year. actually it was 52.1. and Jake delhomme passed for 328 yards and 3tds. Ricky prohel (spelling??) had 4 catches for over 150 yars including a 64 yard touchdown catch (thank god i didn't play the ravens on all madden earlier in the season !!) This season is going to get a lot harder !!

yeah it's tough. You have to be VERY careful with the football... those picks are easy to throw on All-Madden.

Also don't cheat on the CPU. I came down with the safety a little bit on one play and Brady completed the 50 yard post patern for a TD. But you can also try to bait the cpu as well. It's pretty good.

I'm not having any trouble rushing though, seems to be good.

coles is actually a 98 this year (which IMO is still overrated) but this isnt strictly a 40 time...its speed on the playing field...just cuz someone can run a quick 40 doesnt mean they can run down the field with pads and cleats and a DB next to him all that fast...and plus 40 times are just that...only 40 yards...the field is 100...i think madden tries to take that into account also...lavy has great stamina and could probably run 100 yards at about the same pace as he ran the 40...besides...a 96...ive never seen anyone else complain about a 96...

I thougt stamina was just a fatigue thing. Does a HB with low stamina slow down after covering 40 yards or so? I haven't noticed that... but it would be cool if it worked that way.

no no...stamina=fatigue.....

They should have a new stat for ... endurance or something. With Curtis I can break 90 yard TD runs, but in real life he'd get caught from behind at around the 50 or so... they should somehow reflect that. Kind of like the "speed burst" bar they had in the old EA games.

I just lost my second straight game 31-38 at the broncos . Again my rushing game is nonexistant (curtis martin 18att -50yds) my passing improved as chad pennington completed over 25 passes got 2tds but he threw 3 pics. All maddden cheats wayyyyy to much . Example I fumbled 4 times with 3 of these being retured all the way. My defence was great against the pass, holding Jake the snake to 65 yds but i allowed my 3rd straight 100 yd rusher. my all maddden record stands at 2-2 . my next game is vs the saints at home i better win this one !!

I'd take some time and do some heavy rushing practice. Curtis is da man, you should really be geting close to that century mark.

I keep playing the Pats on All-madden and I still can't beat them. Brady is one tough cookie. I actually held them to 3 FGs last night, but could only muster 1 FG for myself. Threw only 1 pic which is nice. Curtis had 145 rushing yards, but couldn't brake one to pay dirt.

60 yards on 12 carries is 5 yrds per carry. That's pretty damn good. I'd say you need to keep pounding that rock when you get results like that.

They are tough. Brady doesn't make many mistakes, and he definetly takes advantage of any mistake you make. Good luck!

In 05 it was just too easy to exploit the CPU. This year it looks tougher, for now.
