i was wondering what you guys would do with them, because i started off with them and i am in week 7. i really like franchise and i enjoy reading about other people's franchises so imput would be great.
i don't like to make my team look too different and i try to keep it as realistic as possible. i play all pro with cpu sliders pushed up one for all categories. i am 3-2 so far and it's been a rough year for david carr.
i decided to sign vinnie testeverde as insurance, and i let the CPU get first crack at the FA's. i picked up terrance shaw and cut lewis sanders. my FS marcus coleman went down in preseason so i traded for idrees bashir of the panthers, i think i gave them a third round pick, and i got a third round pick from dallas by giving them LT victor riley and WR jabar gaffney, i also got kurt vollers for OT depth. i'm getting better with the cone, but i cant find a steady PB. domanick davis is a beast, along with my top rated defense.
BTW, i use 7 minute quarters, they have been the norm for me the past 2 years. i dunno when to put travis johnson into the starting lineup bc gary walker has been good.
what settings do u people use who PLAY games, bc simming is too boring for me. if i play less than 7, my D doesn't make enough tackles and i would probably run for too many yards if i play longer than 7. i tried all madden also in preseason and i struggled.
