How can I boost certain stats on my player? I can't get an agent with access to the institute yet, but when I win games and practice it's as if I don't get to increase my abilities, they just go up randomly. Is there a way for me to choose what I want to raise, like speed, just from stuff like training camps, or do I need access to the institute before I can customize what I want to improve.
