Can anyone give some suggestions on how to attack the 4-3 over...should you run, if so what dives, counter, or slams. Or passing against this defense. I have a $150 game tonight against a friend and this was the defense he used on me the last game although I won he held my offense to ten points compared to the 30 points i average on him. This defense seems to stop my deep passes and post routes.

Practice the RB in the flats (i like I form). Most of the 4-3 defenses they are covered by MLB's and 9 out of ten times your RB is faster and right off the bat your RB has a step on him.

4-3 zones dont look to pass over the middle a lot this is the only defensive i struggle with. If you do pass over the middle hit the slant but you have to hit your wr in the small window when he is open. Like the guy before me said Rb flats are good and try a deep post into the flat if the safety doesnt cheat over.

Washingtons singleback 4wr , HB wheel to the side he is blitzing from or a 4 wide set and hot route a diagnol crossing route for one of the slot recievers and hit him across the middle
