RFTH vs. Dynasty

I usually just play online, but I am probably going to start one or the other pretty soon. Is there any difference between the two, besides the RFTH player and his dorm room, etc? Is recruiting the same? Or is there stuff you can't do in RFTH mode that you can do in a regular dynasty?

Also, if you guys have come to a general consensus on difficulty level, sliders, quarter length, or anything else that will make it a more realistic and fun experience, I'm all ears.

In RFTH you dont recruit, or make nay of the coaches' desicions like how long to suspend players and all

that's what i was afraid of. well, i'm definitely doing dynasty then. i could give a sh-t about my dorm room. lol.
