Look for the combo that has your dad as a Hall of Fame whatever and your mom as an olympic athelete etc.

You can make him better if you do the training camp

I once made a LE who was 91 coming out of the draft. First time playing SuperStar too. Only 70% on the I.Q. test.

proof that simming won't do what playing can. My QB had a hall of fame QB for a father and a mother who was Marathon Runner. My father had an average IQ and my mother's IQ was like 150 or something. I had an over rating of 87 coming out of the draft after a 60% test. After completing every practice in training camp and playing every preseason game, I started the season as a 91. After playing 3 games and doing all the practices and gameplans... I am a 94 and I'm currently playing the next weeks game as a 96. So, actually participating in every event does work... simming does not. It could take 3 seasons of solid simming to get to a 94, if you are lucky enough to get that high.

I totaly agree with gravestomper on this one. If you guys want to move up in the ranks fast play everything. I am, and half way throught my second season I was a solid 99 over all rating. I'm half way through my 5th season now, and no def. can stop me. I love this game.

Exactly. Everybody likes to sim and are too lazy to play the games. What do you think the mode was made for? I actually like playing the games.

the onyl thing thats hard for me to complete is training camp even though i know thats where you get the biggest jumps. just a question but i'm a little impatient...how many tackles, FF, INTs, pass deflections do you have to get a game to go up quickly.

I imported a my player from NFL Street 2 and I started out 89 overall with 99 speed, agility, and acceleration as a running back.

I know that this probably makes me a botard and all, but it sounded like someone else may have had the same difficulty so I thought I would share the enlightenment I recently received. In training sessions I would run a bunch of different plays and have a decent average and then press start and quit. Then when I would go to see my practice performance it wouldn't show anything for that day, as in no listing for that date. What you have to do, as far as I know (which isn't much), is run the SAME play 10 times and then you will be automatically presented with the option of continuing practice or quiting. Let the flaming begin...:D
