Created playbook and my franchise

I created a playbook and it is not allowing me to use it in my franchise. I can't select it through offensive playbook and if i edit my profile outside of my franchise i still cannot select the playbook. Any thoughts on this?

Yep. No created playbooks in franchise. Not sure why it's not in '06 anymore.
