OK...I have finally figured out what EA was/is doing. After beating my head against the wall playing and losing and resetting on AA....I switched to Heisman and it's an entirely different game. Gone are the arcade runs....gone are the unstoppable impact players....gone are the long bombs....

Using a slider scale of 25% for both sides....and then adjusting to individual style....I have finally found a way to get a DAMN good game. The ONLY downside I have found is that damnable kicking meter. When I get used to it...and can start making some kicks...I have to go online for a league game and have to relearn the kicking meter on AA all over again. ARGHHHH!

Heisman is DEFINATLY the way to go... :D

I practice on Heisman all the time, and can count on one hand how many times I've broken a run over 20 yards each session.

I just change the kicking metet back to AA.. Make my kicks, then I go back to Heisman to ply my game. Mayb that will give you some insight. I still c unrealistic runs on heisman.. The CPU is such a cheater... LOL

That is what I have been trying to say. I do not think NCAA 2006 is arcade at all- not on Heisman anyway. Just adjust a couple of sliders a bit and you're fine. The CPU is a great opponent on Heisman, I love the challenge.
