practice during season

hello, some of you might have the same problem as me. i have a rookie RB and is 89 overall... when i go in the game it is 89 overall, and then after the game i go into practice and i get 10 reps, about 20-30 points per play.. then i quit. i run a RB play so i can use my rookie. but when i quit practice my overall has gone down 2 overall stats.. how can this happen??

it goes to 87 and says i have gained 2 overall to go to 89.. is 89 the most you can get out of practices?? this is very confusing please help!!

the attributes earned during training camp don't go into full affect until after the season starts... and yes, the max is about 2-3 points. But sometimes, the game will make your new points permanent and start counting your new practices before the season starts.
