coach salaries

My advisors tell me to increase coach salaries. I can't find out where to do this. Any suggestions?

what their saying is thay b/c thier paid low, they must suck so they want you to hire better ones

you can only do it in the offseason, in staffing

After probowl, go to coaching staff and give them a new contract. Its not that big of a deal. All my coaches are under paid or so my advisors tell me and they don't get upset and wanna leave like the players do.
