I'm not sure if they have this yet. I've been in a dynasty with my IU team for 8 years, and we're a six star team filling the house every game. Although I'm selling out every game, I still can't get my Stadium Pulse above halfway. EA either needs to create a way to make your fans rowdier or put more seats in the stadium. Also, it'd be nice to be able to update the stadium with better scoreboards. I understand this might cost more money, but it's ridiculous that I can't do this already.
Also, how the fans behave about the team needs to play a bigger role in the running of the team itself. There needs to be a fan approval meter that directly affects how many fans go to games, or how the players play or something like that. Coaches need to be able to win over fan support through off-season campaigning to get ticket sales up. This could be another thing on the budget meter during the off-season along with recruiting, training, and discipline. It would also be nice if the coaches could hear response from the fans after games, or be able to create their own traditions. It'd be great if they could include things like the "walk to the stadium". I know Auburn does this, Notre Dame does something like this, and Indiana does this. Shots of fans tailgating before the game would be cool too. College Football is about the fans, and I think it'd be in EA's best interest to include these things or something like them.
I was also thinking about academics. It would be great if Academics played a larger role in the game. Such as, if Indiana has a good medical school, their trainers are better, making their players heal faster. Also, if a school has a good marketing/ business school, then they could get more fans in the seats. This could be pretty complex, but it might be a pretty cool addition to the game.
