This usually makes for about an 85 overall speed back, im not usually one to pound it up the middle i prefer an outside running game with counters and misdirection, or pass catching in the flats. Be careful about the hitsticking as his carry and break tackle aren't quite top notch, look to rely more on your change of direction ability and spin move.
